Lana’s recent loss of her husband, Steve, has brought new realities into her life. Since her loss in February 2022, she has experienced how difficult it can be to live life as a widow and recover from such a loss. She has learned that God truly is the only way to “turn mourning into joy.” Her desire is to encourage and minister to other widows with the love of God.
It is the goal of Lana and Encouragement Ministries to bring hope and healing to those who have been bruised and broken by the unkind realities of life. God is using this ministry to give hope and strength to overcome the difficulties in life through the love of Jesus Christ our Lord.
Mission outreach has been a major part of Lana’s life for nearly forty years. Lana has ministered with Steve throughout the U.S., Canada and several continents including Africa, Europe, South America, and the Caribbean regions, bringing a soothing word to those with deep hurts and wounds. Encouragement Ministries International supports missionaries and their projects at home and around the world.
BOOKS AUTHORED:
Lana’s life experience qualifies her to speak to the single, divorced and re-married issues of life. Lana authored "Single Again, Not By Choice" in which she shares her pain, perseverance, growth and victory through divorce. This book will help the reader understand the past, deal with the present, and prepare for the future stages of being single again.
Steve Bach’s personal testimony is found in his book entitled: "I Found Life Through Suicide.” He shares his moving and life-changing story of emptiness and tragedy to one of life and fulfillment. In Steve's honest and straight-forward style, he touches many areas, which surround the dark cloud of suicide. The reader of this amazing autobiography will be rewarded with a fresh spirit of hope in every chapter.
