In 1993, God called Steve and Lana Bach to share their journey from complete devastation to total restoration which gave birth to Encouragement Ministries Inc.
Steve went home to be with the Lord on February 15, 2022 and left a Godly legacy that touched thousands of souls for Christ. He truly received the ultimate reward for serving our Lord and Saviour. He will always be greatly missed.
Steve was in the full-time ministry for over 50 years serving as a Senior Pastor for 10 years in the state of Michigan. He and Lana pioneered a church in Mt Pleasant, Michigan which is still thriving as God brings the increase.
Steve also served for 7 years as the State Youth Director & Christian Education Director for over 250 churched in the Assemblies of God, Michigan District.
Steve and Lana served as missionary evangelists in the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, throughout Africa and the Carribbean. They conducted evangelistic campaigns, missionary conferences, evangelism outreaches and outreach training seminars, Pastor’s conferences, marriage retreats, single adult seminars, youth rallies and divorce recovery programs.
Steve was involved in conducting ministry training for national pastors in Poland and Missions Conventions throughout Africa.
Needless to say, Steve will always be greatly missed by many people in many parts of the world. We know that Steve has a reward for each soul that will be touched through this ministry.
Steve Bach’s personal testimony is found in his book entitled: "I Found Life Through Suicide.” He shares his moving and life-changing story of emptiness and tragedy to one of life and fulfillment. In Steve's honest and straight-forward style, he touches many areas, which surround the dark cloud of suicide. The reader of this amazing autobiography will be rewarded with a fresh spirit of hope in every chapter.
